All delicate items will be bubble-wrapped in box before shipment.

- All items for sale are on 1st payment 1st serve basis and while stocks last.
- I take great pride & care in ensuring that all my items are in the best of condition before shipment/delivery. Hence, all items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Emartycraft will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the course of shipment.
- No cancellations or changes allowed once an order is confirmed and payment is received.
- Maximum 2 days reservation is allowed afterwhich if no confirmation or payment is received, the items will then be released.
- Only genuine buyers will be entertained. Please do not call just to "interview" me unless if you are a reporter or a journalist :)
- Last but not least, please do not re-use my pictures without my prior permission.
